`Powers; Anya has the dominant power of Disintegration. Meaning anything or anyone she touches will be reduced to a decomposed organic matter state or just dust. This is subjected only to the palms of her hands. Since she is unable to control what she disintegrates, she wears a special pair of gloves. When she makes contact with skin other than her own, the decompostion spreads much faster due to the skin linked skin cells in a person's body. Her palms at first were pitch black, but eventually faded to their origanial color. She also has the resscive power of advanced Psychometry, in which she can see the past & future of any person, place, or thing. Usually by being near it. She can control what she see's so that her mind doesn't fill with information. She can also transfer the things she's seen through direct eye contact. If she is looking for something that is going to happen soon, then she wont be able to see it well. The farther away the incident, the clearer the view.
`Abilities; Anya has trained herself well in hand to hand combat. She knows that since her power can only be effective at a close distance, she needs to learn to fight. Her faveriote move is a roundhouse kick. She's not too good with upper body strength, hitting, etc, but kicking and quickness is a advantage for her. She can run fairly fast and is small enough to slide under someones legs, depending on their size. She is also a good singer and likes to paint.
`History; Anya Rae Taft was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas into a small family. Her father was a business man and her mother was a homemaker. She was the oldest of two children [None Yet]. Anya was a very shy and quiet child normally. She never wanted to cause trouble to her parents, knowing they didnt want her in the first place. She discovered her power when she was twelve. She was in her room crying because she had just been scolded and beaten again for forgetting one of her chores. While she was hugging her knees, she felt her jeans start to crumble at her touch. When she looked at her jeans, she saw that there was a large hole in each of her pant-legs. Confused, Anya looked at her hands. Her palms had turned pitch black and there was a tingling sensation comming from them. She ran to her mother, who was in the kitchen, crying hard. Her mother looked at her, slightly irritated, asking her what was wrong now. Anya sniffed a bit and showed her hands. Her mother backed away from her daughter quickly. Anya started to cry, asking her mother to help her. Her mother ran to the phone and called her father and told him about the situation. Now her father was very religious, and he never approved of Anya. Hearing this, he believed she was an abomation to God. He said if she wasn't out of the house by the time he got home that day, that she would suffer serious consequences. Her mother replayed this to her daughter coldly. Anya begged her mother to let her stay. Through her tears, her grabbed onto her mother's hand, on her knees. She quickly opened her eyes and let go but it was too late. Her mother was screaming in agony as the decaying spread through her body until she was nothing more than dust. Quickly, she found a pair of gloves, slipped them on, and hurried to pack. She stuffed a bit of food, some money, and clothes into her school messenger bag. After noticing that the gloves didnt disintegrate, she smiled a bit, running out. A few weeks later she found a hospital somewhere near New York City. She had been wandering around, trying to survive on the streets. She went there to have a large cut checked out on her stomach. When the doctors saw her hands, they were shocked and asked her where her parents were. Anya told them of her situation and they decided to send her to a special city where mutants resided. They called some one there to send someone to take her there. She felt accepted there. When she was fourteen, she discovered her power of Psychometry durring a class one day, when she kept having incidents rush into her mind of the students around her. This caused her to have major headaches, and she was sent to the nurse. Eventually, it was discovered that she had the power, and she was taught briefly to control it. She one day hopes to become something important. Someone that will change things.

`Personality; Anya is very strong-willed. She will risk everything to help someone. Normally she is very quiet. Found reading, practicing, or writing. She wants to better herself so she's always looking for a place to practice her fighting skills but only alone. She really doesnt like to use her power unless she absolutly has too. She doesn't like to see people hurt when they don't deserve it. And she'll protect anyone, friend or foe. A hobby of hers is to play mind games with people. Her intelligence and vast knowledge of words gives her the advantage in this, and she enjoys it very much. She has retained her sweet southern voice and still likes to be called Anya Rae.
